YO (S S ORION x PASCION S by ESPERANTO) is owned by Jim Porcher.  Jim writes:
"I am very pleased to announce that YO has been recognized by the United States Equestrian Federation 2011 Horse Of The Year awards in Region 8. He is Champion Arabian Hunter/Jumper, Champion Arabian Sport Horse and 3rd in Arabian Specialty.  He has also accumulated enough points for his Arabian Horse Association Legion of Honor and the addition of a plus behind his name. I am waiting on confirmation from AHA. Many of his points are outside the breed ring and in the open world.  My heartfelt thanks to Elizabeth Yepez who piloted him to the major number of his wins."

Kathy Kauffman has purchased TRIANA (PICAZZO x JIALEAH by VARDULO). Kathy has ridden many seasons with Red Rock Hounds, and competed an earlier horse she owned to Grand Prix. We are happy to welcome such an experienced horsewoman to the Spanish Arabian family.

SI SI SAVVY (S S ORION x GRANADA I by *PADRE), owned by Ginna Frantz, now has own mini buddy!  SAVVY is a champion Sport Horse Stallion In-Hand, and has wins in Hunter Pleasure Jr. Horse and Dressage through 3rd Level.

Dr. Georgene Chase has purchased VIXXON (PICAZZO x *JIALEAH by VARDULO).
We look for them to be a formidable team in the show ring in 2012.

4-yr-old CAYENNNE (WRADAR x WYALEA) began her performance career in Dressage at the AHANC Annual Arabian Show at Rancho Murieta the weekend of April 21-24, 2011 and received a score of 62.5% in
Training Level ATR.

At the Pacific Coast Sport Horse Classic in June she won the Training Level Test 3 class with a score of 70.4% and went on to earn a Region 3 Top 5 in the Training Level ATR class.

In July at Dressage in the Almonds in First Level Test 1 CAYENNNE scored a 63.447% from Renee Johnson and won the class by 5%!  She was the only non-warmblood in the class.  See a video of this ride here.
