The heritage of VIXXON, and her full sister TRIANA, descend from distance, cross country and exhibition horses of the Yeguada Militar of Spain.  Of the two full sisters, VIXXON is the show horse, and TRIANA is the broodmare and pleasure riding horse.

VIXXON, black bay and 16 hands with lovely eye catching movement, is well suited to exhibition, and indeed has been shown and many times a Champion in Sport Hose Mares in-hand,  Sport Horse under Saddle, and dressage.

VIXXON has also shown in Training Level Dressage, earning scores in the 60’s, up to 68.1, under judges such as Angela Littlefield and Christianne Noelting.  In her short Dressage career, VIXXON has earned two Dressage High Score awards, one for the show, one for the circuit.
 

VIXXON is very people oriented, and is first to the gate to receive carrots, and enjoys being brushed saddled and ridden. VIXXON hauls easily and is relaxed at the shows.

*ELENA, (MARMOL X *SANDUNGA by GARBO), granddam of VIXXON, was 
Dave Stanley’s favorite Hunt mare, and was awarded her Certificate ads a Recognized Field Hunter with Los Altos Hounds. 

VIXXON’s dam *JIALEAH (VARDULO - YM X *ELENA by MARMOL) was also a hunt mare for Molly and Lisa, and was awarded her Certificate as a Recognized Field Hunter with Los Altos Hounds.

PICAZZO (*ESPERANTO X *GALAXIA SSB +/) , VIXXON’s sire, was a 16 hand  bay stallion, Champion Stallion of the Pacific Coast Arabian Sport Horse Classic, and Top 10 Scottsdale Hunter Pleasure.

*GALAXIA SSB +/, (NEGAL X KADOFA), earned the title of Canadian National Champion Working Hunter (first in all three rounds) and Canadian Top 10 Show Hack.

*GALAXIA SSB +/ was one of four daughters of KADOFA (ZANCUDO X OCALINA), each by a different YM stallion,  bred at the Stanley Ranch in Spain and imported to the USA. Three KADOFA daughters have earned National Championships over fences, *GALAXIA SSB +/, *IBERIA and *JEZABEL SSB +//.  The 4th daughter, *EFIGIE, was Region III CH Show Hack, Country Pleasure and Pleasure Driving Champion.

*ESPERANTO (MARMOL X CANTINERA II), grandsire of VIXXON, was a successful show horse in-hand, and High Score Halter Stallion of Wisconsin, and Champion English Pleasure.
*ESPERANTO by MARMOL was the only son outside the Yeguada Militar of Spain from the ‘Queen of Spain’, CANTINERA II. CANTINERA II produced UVAL, PALMA REAL and SABLE (X GARBO).
