Stanley Ranch Horses
The horses at Stanley Ranch trace to many of the great Arabian horses of Spain. The first Arabian horses imported to Spain were chosen from the best in the desert and Europe by military commissions whose goal was to breed exceptional war horses. Their selection was based on correct conformation, athletic ability and trainable disposition. The tight gene pool that resulted from decades of isolation gives the Spanish Arabian horse great genetic prepotency and breeding predictability. Stanley Ranch has chosen to campaign their horses in the Sport Horse disciplines, and have amassed many National Championships. These champions have subsequently produced the next generations of Stanley Ranch Spanish Arabian Sport Horses. Information on these horses has been divided by sex to speed page loading time. The Mares and Stallions pages still load slowly because of the number of photos, but your patience will be rewarded.
